I recommend that you check out Sony’s full list of rules and restrictions related to this decision for a clear understanding of what you will and will not be able to access on those devices after that day. While you will still be able to access your digital content on those platforms via certain methods after that day (and download previously purchased items of that date) you will no longer be able to download new digital content via the PlayStation Store on those devices past that point.
